Community space for textile reuse, sustainable skills, and creative wellbeing

We are building a welcoming community space in Penzance where people can learn practical skills, connect with others, and give textiles a second life.
Through repair, upcycling, workshops, and community projects, we help people reduce waste, build confidence, improve wellbeing, and develop skills that can support everyday life and future opportunities.

What we do

  • Textile repair and upcycling workshops
  • Sustainable skills training
  • Community creative projects
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Environmental education
  • Supportive social spaces

Why it matters

Every year, tonnes of textiles end up in landfill while many people face increasing financial pressures, isolation, and limited access to practical skills.

We believe that learning to repair, reuse, and create can benefit both people and the planet.

Our mission

To create welcoming, inclusive spaces in disadvantaged communities where people can connect, learn practical textile reuse skills, build confidence, improve wellbeing, and access opportunities for personal and professional growth.
